I am a Registered Nurse, Yoga Therapist and Herbalist. I educate and guide individuals on how to tune into their bodies, breath, energy, conscious/unconscious belief systems, and nature so that they can feel better, evolve, and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Yoga is a lifestyle. When you work with me, you receive one-on-one support and coaching and you will find you know yourself, your body and how to attend to your problems more fully after each session.

My approach is unique in that I do not believe in strict control measures or “fixing” ourselves to “get better”. I am passionate about sharing true self care, which looks like accepting ourselves exactly as we are and learning how to nourish ourselves.

My goal is to help you to feel well and evolve!

It encompasses a holistic view of health, considering various dimensions like emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, and environmental well-being.

GROUP YOGA CLASSES

Contact me to schedule group yoga classes for your community/organization. Classes are always beginner-friendly and accessible to everybody regardless of physical or intellectual ability. I have 7+ years experience working with the IDD population and paraplegic children and adults.

Health Coaching - coming soon

One on one coaching program by phone or Zoom. It’s hard to make changes and manage health issues, but the good news is: you don’t have to feel alone in doing so. As your registered nurse health coach I can help you to achieve goals for a life where you feel well and purposeful. I can help you to understand your medical conditions and the treatment plan from your doctor. I combine my expertise in yoga education and my passion for a nature-connected lifestyle to help you improve your wellness and prevent health problems.

We’ll make a plan and figure out what works best for you - yoga therapy sessions can be added to your health coaching program, and it’s highly recommended!
